Scope

Jurnal Teknologi dan Industri Pangan (Journal of Food Technology and Industry) is a peer-reviewed Journal in food science and technology published by Indonesian Food Technologist Association (PATPI) in collaboration with Department of Food Science and Technology - IPB. The Journal covers original research in form of research papers, critical topic reviews, short communications and the advancements of food science, technology and industry. The articles are written in Indonesian or English. Article authors are offered to scientists, researchers, and other food professionals.

Jurnal Teknologi dan Industri Pangan (Journal of Food Technology and Industry) covers topics relevant to basic food science and technology and all relevant technological applications from raw material compotition to food products for consumer consumption, from physicochemical and microbiological characteristics to food processing and engineering practices, and from quality assurance and safety to packaging, storage, distribution, marketing and consumer's use.
