Authors are invited to submit abstracts to the organizing committee by sending the registration form (attached). Submitted papers will be evaluated by a scientific committee, who will then decide to accept them with or without revision, or otherwise. The accepted authors are then requested to send full papers according to a specific format which will be sent afterward. It is highly suggested that the authors from non-English countries to consult with a native English speaker in preparing the paper since the committee will not have sufficient time for editing. Only accepted papers of the registered authors will be included in the proceeding which will have ISBN registration. The proceeding can be collected at the registration desk.
Abstract should be written in English between 200 and 250 words using MS WORD excluding title, author names and affiliations, and keywords. Times New Roman font has to be used with size of 12 pt, 1½ spacing, and in one paragraph only. Instruction for writing full papers will be sent to the accepted authors via email.
